Alvin Rustia

A business perspective, with experience leading digital delivery.

Alvin's career spans tourism, account management, project management, and operations. As a tourist guide and account executive, he worked close to customers and their expectations. As a project manager and operations manager, his focus expanded to the people, priorities, and processes behind delivery.

For the past three years, Alvin has worked with developers, leading teams to deliver projects for clients. That experience connects the business side of a project with the technical work needed to bring it to life. At Casa Rustia, it informs an approach that starts with your goals and day-to-day workflow, then translates them into clear priorities for design and development.

Vanna Rustia

A service mindset, shaped by nearly a decade in aviation.

Vanna spent nearly ten years as a flight attendant before transitioning to working from home, where she has thrived in customer service and human resources management. Across these roles, people have remained at the centre of her work: understanding their needs, communicating with care, and supporting the relationships that keep a business moving.

She brings that perspective to Casa Rustia's approach to client service. A website or system is part of a wider experience, from the first inquiry to the way a customer books, asks for help, or stays in touch. Her background helps keep that human experience in focus alongside the technology.
